About Us

I started making cornhole boards as a hobby 5 years ago

Over the last 5 years I have perfected my design and found the best materials to use.  I originally only constructed boards for friends or family, but soon I was being contacted by neighbors and friends of friends.  Before I knew it, it became more than a hobby.  I take great pride in the craftsmanship I put into every set of boards that leave my shop.  This includes not only the construction, but the design and finish as well.

Quality Construction

Boards are made from top quality lumber

My boards are made from top quality lumber. I use cabinet grade Baltic Birch, Maple, or Oak tops and inset cabinet grade Baltic Birch frames.  All construction is completed with pocket holes and screws so there are no unsightly screw holes filled with wood putty.  They are built to meet ACO (American Cornhole Organization) specifications.  All of my boards are finished with rounded edges on the tops, including the hole and frames.  Boards are finished with stain, wraps, and/or vinyl and 4-6 coats of polyurethane.

CUSTOM DESIGN OPTIONS

Any design is possible with wraps and direct printed tops.

Image module

Just about anything is possible when it comes to design.  I make my own stencils and mix my own stains to create just about any design in stain.  Any design is possible with wraps and direct printed tops.  Wraps are a large printed vinyl that covers the top and is covered with 4-6 coats of polyurethane to prevent any lifting of the wrap.  Direct Printed tops are Baltic Birch tops that have any image you can imagine printed directly on the wood and covered with 4-6 coats of polyurethane.  If you have an idea of what you would like, I will turn that idea into a reality.  I provide as many mockups as needed until the customer has exactly what they are looking for.  All boards are custom made for each individual order.  Whether it’s a corporate order or a personal order, all boards designed to the customer’s satisfaction.

Cornhole Board Care

How to care for your boards

Although my boards are protected by 4-6 coats of polyurethane, they are not completely weather proof and should not be stored outdoors. If the boards are kept inside when being stored, your cornhole boards should last many years.  You should NOT store your cornhole boards where it gets extremely, hot, cold, or humid. If they get wet, they should be dried off as soon as possible.  Before storing the boards they should be wiped down with a cloth to remove dirt and debris.
